About Revital & Zamir – Soulful Judaica from the Heart of Safed

From the mystical alleys of ancient Safed, Revital and Zamir create meaningful Jewish art inspired by tradition, nature, and spirit.

Zamir, a wood and resin artist, crafts unique Judaica pieces from olive wood collected in the Galilee mountains. Each mezuzah, menorah or ritual object he creates blends natural elements with vibrant resin – symbolizing the harmony between earth and light.
Zamir is also a painter, whose works reflect a deep connection to the Land of Israel, its landscapes, and spiritual essence. His brush captures scenes of biblical beauty and quiet strength, often glowing with inner light.

Revital, a multidisciplinary artist, brings warmth and emotion to her work. Through oil paintings, paper cuts, mobiles and colorful mixed-media creations, she weaves together prayer, nature, and feminine energy into visual stories.

In the shadow of recent conflict and war, our life as artists in Safed took on new meaning. We continued to create – not despite the chaos, but because of it. Art became our anchor and a way to share light, healing and beauty in a time of uncertainty.

Our art is born at the intersection of spirit and matter — where the ancient stones of Safed meet the quiet movements of the soul.
We draw inspiration from the Galilean landscape, from the shifting light of the day, from sacred Jewish texts, and from the simple, tender moments of life.

Wood, oil, color, paper — each material is carefully chosen and serves as a bridge: between past and present, inner and outer worlds.
We create with intention and deep listening. Every piece carries a story, a feeling, and a silent prayer.

We believe that art is more than something to hang — it is a threshold. A threshold to emotion, to memory, to a new breath in the space.
